Cpds.: (where X is -O- or -S-; n is 0 or 1; Het is triazolo 4,3-b -pyridazine system and R1 and R2 are 5-7C cycloalkyl or opt. satd. lower hydrocarbyl opt. substd. by OH, SH, alkoxy or alkylmercapto, morpholino, furyl or opt. alkylated amino gps., and R1 and R2 together with N can form an opt. -OH, -COOH or (hydroxy)alkyl gp. - substd. piperidine, piperazine, pyrrolidine or morpholine ring and opt. one of R1 and R2 can be H) and their non-toxic salts, are esp. active against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Proteus mirabilis.
