<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device and its data transmission method easily transferring data and improving convenience. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor storage device comprises: a nonvolatile memory 15 for storing protect information 33; and a system buffer 18, and is equipped with: a controller 16 for controlling a physical state of the nonvolatile semiconductor memory; a battery 17 for driving the nonvolatile memory and the controller; a first transmitting/receiving means 12 transmitting data in the nonvolatile memory to the outside, and receiving data transmitted from the outside; and a second transmitting/receiving means 13 transmitting data in the nonvolatile memory to the outside, and receiving data transmitted from the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
