<p>A letter box has two posting slots one above the other, each with a separate collecting compartment with a flap for removing the posted letters. The collecting compartments are one behind the other and are alternatively open to opposite ends (6, 7) of the letter box (1). The rear collecting compartment is connected by a shaft across the top surface of the front collecting compartment with the top posting slot. The flaps (8) for removing the posted letters from the collecting compartments stretch the whole width of the ends. The inclined and rising shaft wall of the rear collecting compartment is opposite the lower posting slot (4').</p> |
