Fin assembly machine for heat exchanger tubes - has bracket supporting tube and fins on belt driven trolley

The machine consists of a horizontal frame (2) supported on legs (1). The top of the table carries a bracket (4) at each end which supports the heat exchanger tube (5). The fins for the tube are placed into position by means of the trolley which is fitted with a lever (48) located in front of the fin being positioned. The trolley travels along the length of the tube with the aid of the belt (16) which runs in between two wheels (17). The belt is driven by a motor (12) through auxiliary belting (10 and 15).
