PURPOSE:To easily detect the position of a player who joins in a game in the game space by calculating the position of a weight point on a plate from the measurement results of weighers which are so arranged as to measure a load placed on the plate. CONSTITUTION:The distance of a person H on the plate 91 from the line connecting weighers A and C is denoted as X1 and the distance from the line connecting weighers B and D is denoted as X2. Further, the distance from the line connecting the weighers A and B is denoted as Y1 and the distance from the line connecting the weighers C and D is denoted as Y2. The ratio of the sum A+C of measurement results of the weighers A and C and the sum B-l-D of measurement results of the weighers B and D corresponds to the ratio of the distances X1 and X2. The distance X between the weighers C and D is already known, so X1 and X2 can be found respectively. Similarly, Y1 and Y2 can also be found. Consequently, the position of the person H on the plate 91 is found. The sum A+B+C+D of the measurement results of the weighers A-D is equal to the weight of the person H, so the person can be specified. |
