<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory data protection apparatus making it possible to protect security data by making it impossible to specify the position of an important data area where the security data is stored, even if unauthorized access occurrs. <P>SOLUTION: An area 155 for unauthorized access is provided in memory space 150 and a physical address is allocated to the area 155. An access authority determining part 130 and an accessibility determining circuit 141 determine whether access to the security data by an execution program to be executed by a CPU 110 is authorized or unauthorized. If it is determined to be unauthorized, mapping is changed so that the logical address of the security data to be accessed is changed into the physical address allocated to the area 155.
