<p>PURPOSE:To ensure action by means of plural guide pins provided to guide the axial movement of a caliper means. CONSTITUTION:A caliper means 6 moves horizontally in response to the press- fitting and the releasing thereof by a brake linings 3 and 3' of a friction disc 3''. The horizontal movement is guided to slide along two pins 15 thereby invariably maintaining the position horizontal. As the shape, the caliper means 6 comprises a narrow section, a wide section and a trapezoidal section at an itermediate position. The center of the narrow section is provided with a hole 5' to have the caliper means inserted. A hole is made at the center of the trapezoidal section so as to be pierced by a shaft 7. Furthermore, two holes 15', right and left, are provided on the wide section, where pins 15 are respectvely run through.</p> |
