PURPOSE:To make possible easy maintenance and inspection and good recording by constituting the apparatus with vertically separable housings and maintaining the connection of the both housings by means of a lock, at the time of making recording operation. CONSTITUTION:The laser recorder 1 is so constituted that its housings part to upper and lower halves. The lower housing H2 is supported above the upper housing H1, pivotally movably by the rotating axis 28 of a hinge(h) to permit the maintenance and inspection of the apparatus inside. Not only a photosensitive drum for forming recording images through scanning of laser beams but also various process means such as for latent image forming, developing and transfer are disposed in the apparatus. The mechanism of making scanning exposure on the photosensitive drum is provided with light sources L, B, G for shooting laser beams corresponding to image signals, a rotary polyhedral mirror 25 which scans said laser beams, an ftheta lens system 26, a reflecting mirror 27, etc. and is also disposed with a rotation detecting means RD such as lamp RD1 and photoelectric element RD2. |
