PURPOSE:To make the method adaptive to secondary sorting and to easily cope with organization alternations or the like by registering primary destination information and identifier management information separately in a document management book and further using information on the correspondence relation of the both with the identifier management information as delivery conditions. CONSTITUTION:Delivery condition information 14 consists of codes 19 of plural destinations and codes of plural pieces of identifier management information 15 corresponding to the respective destinations. Thus, document attribute information 13, delivery condition information 14, and identifier management information 15 are separately managed, when the south TOKYO head office is changed in name to a KOBE branch and moved to KOBE and the OSAKA head office is changed as into a primary destination, for example, K3 meaning the south TOKYO head office is deleted from the identifier management information 20 whose destination code 19 is the TOKYO head office in the delivery condition information 14 and K3 and K5 meaning the KOBE branch are added to the code of the identifier management information 20 whose destination code 19 is the OSAKA head office. |
