In a slide fastener (3) to be attached to an opening (2) such as of the front part of a garment (1), the front surface of the slide fastener tape (4) being dyed in the same color and pattern as a front cloth (7) of the garment (1) while the back surface of the tape (4) is dyed in the same color and pattern as a lining cloth (8) of the garment (1).
