发明名称 ULTRASONIC FLAW DETECTION APPARATUS OF ARRANGED PIPING
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the inspection of an arranged pipe along the axial direction thereof even if said pipe has a complicated shape, in a flaw detection apparatus of the arranged pipe of an atomic power plant, by providing an axial direction track along the outer shape in the axial direction and attaching an ultrasonic probe to said track. CONSTITUTION:Axial direction track 102 is attached to an arranged pipe 101 so as to provide an interval from said pipe 101 by a set-up ring 103 and a drive apparatus 108 is attached to the axial direction track 102 so as to be moved therealong while a peripheral direction track 111 rotating along the outer periphery of the arranged pipe 101 is attached to the drive apparatus 108. An ultrasonic probe 117 is held to the inner peripheral side of the peripheral direction track 111 and a probe pressing mechanism 122 for pressing said probe 117 to the surface of the arranged pipe 101 is attached to said track 111. By this mechanism, the ultrasonic probe 117 is moved to the axial direction of the arranged pipe 101 along the axial direction track 102 and rotated along the outer periphery of the arranged pipe 101 by the peripheral direction track 111 to enable flaw detection. Therefore, the inspection range of the arranged pipe 101 in the axial direction thereof is enlarged and inspection can be performed well even if said arranged pipe has a complicated shape while automatic flaw detection is enabled and inspection work becomes simple.
