PURPOSE:To form in a short time a uniform film having a light concealing function on uneven lens side faces of >=2 faces by using a light photo-setting type paint, by using roll-shaped brushes of >=2 kinds. CONSTITUTION:A lens 3 attached to a revolving shaft by a vacuum contact is rotated in a direction 5, and a UVINK10 being a painting material is applied by a dispenser 1. At the same time, a wool roll-shaped brush 4 attached to a rotation control motor is rotated in a direction 7 and pressed by a prescribed pressure, said material is applied so that a small uneven part is left, hardened and dried, and a painted film of the first layer is formed. This uneven part is formed so as to maintain an adhesive strength to the second layer, and thereafter, in the same way, the UVINK is applied by the dispenser, and thereafter, the wool roll-shaped brush 4 whose fur length is longer than that of the first time is rotated in the direction 7 and pressed down, the UVINK is applied so that a smaller part than that of the first layer is formed, hardened and dried, and a painted from of the second layer is formed. In this way, a smoothness of a film thickness is obtained.
