PURPOSE:To enable to suppress a voltage between a vent tube and strands without treating the semiconductor of the end of the tube by connecting external resistors between the vent units of both ends and the strands. CONSTITUTION:A vent tube 1 formed by aligning in parallel a plurality of vent units 1a-1g is interposed between coil strands 2. An external resistor 3 is connected between the unit 1g and the strands 2, and an external resistor 5 is connected between the unit 1a of the other end side and the strands 2. Thus, the semiconductor treatment of the end of the tube can be eliminated to inexpensively accelerate the internal voltage suppressing process.
