PURPOSE:To allow easy assembly of a back bottom in a bed by locking the recessed portions of reinforcing frames to the projecting portions of a back- bottom mounting frame, drawing the stopper shafts of the reinforcing frames out, aligning mounting holes for the back bottom with the through holes of the reinforcing frames, and thus mounting the back bottom on the back-bottom mounting frame. CONSTITUTION:A back bottom 8 has recessed portions 12 formed in its reinforcing frames 9 and locked to the projecting portions 10 of a back-bottom mounting frame 7. Mounting holes 11 at the ends of the back-bottom mounting frame 7 for the back bottom 8 are aligned with the through holes 14 of the reinforcing frames 9 and the control portion 17 of each stopper shaft 13 has an end portion 18 lockingly passed through one of the through holes 14 of each reinforcing frame 9 as it is drawn out against the force of each spring member 16, so that the back bottom 8 can be mounted on the frame. Thus, the need for any tool is eliminated, along with no need for great forces in mounting the back bottom, so allowing easy assembly. |
