PURPOSE:To make the titled ringer small-sized and thin by adopting piezoelectricity to a ringer means and mounting the ringer means on a printed wiring board on which an internal circuit including an incoming signal processing circuit is provided. CONSTITUTION:A metallized film capacitor C1 cutting off a DC componenting an inputted signal, IC1' exclusive for an incoming signal processing circuit processing the signal whose DC component is cut off, an electrolytic capacitor C2 charged with the smoothed signal, other circuits and elements, a piezoelectric buzzer 4' serving as the ringer means for utilizing the piezoelectricity and a slide variable resistor 5 or the like are mounted on the printed wiring board 6 to constitute the internal circuit A. The piezoelectric buzzer 4' and the IC1' exclusive for the signal processing circuit or the like are mounted on the printed wiring board 6 to reduce the volume of the entire internal circuit.
