摘要

The invention relates to a cast-on strap process (COS) for casting the terminal straps onto the lugs of a plate array in a lead/calcium battery. To eliminate the problems occurring in using lead/calcium alloys, it is proposed to use a citric acid solution as flux and to treat the plate lugs with citric acid solution again after an intermediate tin plating before casting on the straps.
