PURPOSE:To provide the welding process of a coating film pipe member whose harmful effect caused by the damage of a coating film by heat applied at the time of welding, can be suppressed. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating material 20c is provided between the panel main body 20a of a coated panel member 20 and a coating film 20b. And, the surface of a side on which the heat insulating material 20c of the coated panel member 20, is not formed, is placed upon another coated panel member 21, and the coated panel members 20 and 21, are welded by irradiating with a laser beam R from another coated panel member 21 side. |
