PURPOSE:To decrease both voltage loss and power loss for miniaturization and to facilitate the fabrication by charging, discharging and boosting condensers by the use of the MOS transistor, which is the linear switching element. CONSTITUTION:As for a P-MOS transistor 20 by the signal to which the switching control signal B is reversed by a C-MOS inverter 21, and as for a P-MOS transistor 22 by the signal to which the switching control signal C is reversed and transferred, the P-MOS transistors 20 and 22 are switched ON and OFF. The switching control signal A is inputted to a C-MOS buffer 23, a changeover switch, made up of the C-MOS inverters, wit which the potential on the one terminal side of a condenser 7 is changed over. It is by P-MOS transistors 20 and 22 that condensers 7 and 8 are charged and discharged, while the voltage is obtained to which the voltage of a power source battery 1 is boosted.
