PURPOSE:To achieve a higher measuring accuracy, by correcting measured values of a sample pinched between samples with the known concentration by a correction factor calculated based on the measured value and the known concentration of the samples with the known concentration to automatically correct secular changes of measurement data. CONSTITUTION:A measuring section 1, first, measures known samples A, A and A as control 1, known samples B, B and B as control 2, then, samples X1-Xn and finally controls 1 and 2. This measurement is repeated. Measurement data are sent to a data processing section 2. The processing section 2 stores the known measured values of the controls 1 and 2 arranged before and after the samples X1-Xn and the measured values obtained from the measuring section 1 to determine a correction factor. In this manner, secular changes within one group are determined by average from a data of the known sample arranged before and after this one group, a correction formula is obtained from data values of known samples. Thus, correction for secular changes can be done about a desired sample.
