PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency by generating user default equal to or higher than default presented by software and registering this user default as one selected information. CONSTITUTION:A means is provided which generates the user default equal to or higher than default presented by software and registers it as one selected information, and default information which a user generates and registers can be selected in the second and following documentations. If set items are selected once thoroughly and this selected information is registered as one information registered information is selected in the second and following documentations to relieve the user from the item setting work of many divergences.
