PURPOSE:To sustained release preparation having improved sustained release and no side effects on the skin, consisting of a drug layer which is a drub- containing layer such as a hollow fiber, has no adhesion to the skin and carries out endermic absorption by contact with the skin. CONSTITUTION:A sustained release preparation for endermic administration which consists of hollow fiber holes containing a drug and having through holes in the outer peripheral direction and releases the drug through the holes. The drug can be packed into the hollow part of the hollow fiber by any method. The hollow fiber containing the drug can be directly wound around the skin or used in a form of underwear. But, in order to improve handleability, a drug layer consisting of the hollow fiber can be provided with a supporting material such as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Polyethylene terephthalate is preferable as the hollow fiber. A coronary vasodilator is preferable as the drug. The drug is transferred to the skin only by bringing the preparation into contact with the skin and defects of tape agent and patch are improved.
