<p>PURPOSE:To remove moisture from a very heavy oil heated up to a specified temperature and feed the oil to a combustion system and introduce exhausted gas and the moisture to a wet exhaust gas desulfurization system and desulfurize water added sulfur compound-containing very heavy oil through combustion. CONSTITUTION:An ori-emulsion, which is liquefied by injecting water and a surface-active agent to natural Orinoco tar, is stored in a tank 1 and supplied to a first heat exchanger 3 by driving a pump 2 and heated to 150 to 200 deg.C at a second heat exchanger 4. The ori-emulsion thus heated is supplied to a dehydrator 5 where it is separated into an Orinoco tar component and moisture. The Orinoco tar separated at the dehydrator 5 is supplied to a boiler as i is. On the other hand, the moisture separated at the dehydrator 5 is supplied to the first heat exchanger 3 and fed to a wet exhaust gas desulfurizer 10 with exhaust gas.</p> |
