PURPOSE:To obtain a focused position detecting device which can always know a correct focused position, even if an objective lens is switched, by storing a focused position for every objective lens. CONSTITUTION:Before starting measurement, it is necessary that a position signal corresponding to a focused position of each objective lens 1b-1d is stored in accordance with each objective lens 1b-1d, in a storage means 20b. In plural pieces of lenses which have been attached to a turret (revolver), the objective lens of an optional magnification is set into an observation optical path, and object placing base 1a is moved up and down by a driving device, and an object 2 to be detected is set to a focused state. Therefore, a magnification of the objective lens in the observation optical path is commanded by a magnification command key, and thereafter, this device is constituted so that the position signal which becomes a focused state in the objective lenses 1b-1d in the observation optical path is stored in a prescribed storage part by turning on a storage command key. According to this constitution, a user can set the position signal, therefore, there is no problem of change in the lapse of time. |
