<p>Thiadiazole derivs. of formula (I) are new, where R1 and R2 are H, opt. substd. 1-10C alkyl or opt. substd. phenyl; R1 can also be 1-6C alkylthio, R is ester forming gp.; Y is O or S; and the carbamate gp. is at the 3- or 4-position. More specifically, R1 is phenyl or 1-6C alkyl (esp. Et, nPr, iPr or phenyl) or EtS; R is 3-6C cycloalkyl; or 1-8C alkyl, 2-6C alkenyl, 2-6C alkynyl or aryl all opt. substd. (pref. Me, Et, nPr, iPr, nBu, iBu, s-Bu, tBu, cyclopropyl, 1-methylheptyl or phenyl); alpha-methylbenzyl, or alpha isopropylbenzyl; R2 is H; and carbamate is at the 3-position.</p> |
