HYDRAULIC OIL COOLING METHOD OF HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR

PURPOSE:To lower the temperature of a hydraulic oil in a short time and efficiently carry out a reprodusible onsite test in a low oil temperature, by securing operator's safety while cooling directly the hydraulic oil in a hydraulic oil tank. CONSTITUTION:Dry ice 6 is fed in a hydraulic oil tank 2 installed in a machine room 1. The upper part of the hydraulic oil tank 2 is covered with a vinyl sheet 7 in order to prevent diffusion of carbon dioxide 6a generating owing to the sublimation of dry ice 6. The carbon dioxide 6a is discharged outside the machine room 1 through a hose 8 connected to the opening 7a of the vinyl sheet 7.
