PURPOSE:To avoid the need of adhesive by constituting a ceramic liner by incorporating the ceramic tiles in the immovable engagement relation in the vertical direction for the incorporation surface of a base plate and in the movable engagement relation in the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic liner 66 is constituted by incorporating ceramic tiles 1-24 onto a base plate 25. The ceramic tiles 4, 6-23 are incorporated onto the incorporation surface of the base plate 25 in the immovable engagement relation in the vertical direction for the incorporation surface and in the movable engagement relation in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the cermaic tiles can be installed without using an adhesive onto the surfaces of a vane wheel and a main plate.
