PURPOSE:To simplify storage procedures of a created form by providing a second storage control means which assigns name for storing the form upon designation of accumulation inhibitive information, stores the form in the storage area of an appropriate disk for the name and erases the form when it is read. CONSTITUTION:When a test-created form is prepared, a source code of the test-created form is compiled according to an indicated option, then the name of a new form created in accordance with the contents of the option is changed or its accumulation is inhibited, and the new form thus processed is stored in the storage area of a disk device corresponding to a designated name. In addition, when the form is selected, any appropriate form is read from said disk device by designation of a name and a new form is displayed or printed. At that time, if the accumulation inhibition is designated, a new form stored by a second storage control means 12 is read, then said form stored in the disk device is erased but an existing form of the same name is not affected. |
