PURPOSE:To decrease the number of members in the lighting circuit of fluorescent lamps so as to enable the cost reduction and the miniaturization of a lighting device by constructing an inverter circuit lighting two fluorescent lamps in parallel with an oscillation circuit and two independent oscillation transformers. CONSTITUTION:An inverter circuit lighting two fluorescent lamps 1, 2 with a high frequency is constructed with one oscillation circuit 35 and two oscillation transformers, the 1st. transformer 36 and the 2nd. transformer 37. Voltage elevating circuits 22, 30 and their switching elements, relay contacts 23, 31, are connected to the secondary circuits of the oscillation transformers 36, 37 respectively, and a pulse generating circuit 24, which makes the relay contacts 23, 31 to be three times ON, OFF at the starting time of the lamps, is connected to the primary circuit of the oscillation transformer 36, and an oscillation stabilizing circuit 38 is provided between the primary circuit of the oscillation transformer 37 and the oscillation circuit 35. Thereby the number of the members in the lighting circuit can be decreased to reduce the cost of the lighting device and to make its size small. |
