PURPOSE:To transfer high torque by forming the outer periphery of an inserting member in a taper shape, providing a taper hole at the large-diameter side end section of the inserting member, and fastening a flange member having a conical cone coupled with this taper hole and the above inserting member. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of an inserting member 5 is shrunk in diameter from one end section 5a toward the other end section 5b to form a taper 51, and a taper hole 52 is provided at one end section 5a. A conical cone section 61 coupled with the above taper hole 52 is formed on a flange section 6, and a coupling piece 62 coupled on the outer periphery of a straight pipe 2 is provided on the outer periphery edge section. After the inserting member 5 is driven into the connection end section of the straight pipe 2, the cone section 61 of the flange member 6 is inserted into the taper hole 52, a bolt 7 is screwed into a screw hole 53 bored on the center shaft section of the inserting member 5 and fastened. The load when rotation is transferred is received by the face pressure of the outer periphery of the cone section 61 and the inner periphery of the taper hole 52, thus high torque can be transferred. |
