PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of energy, by a method wherein as an electric source for power-consuming devices, a generator for fuel cells is provided, and heat medium means whereby the waste heat of the generator is used as a heat source and is sent to heating devices, are provided. CONSTITUTION:In a heat storage tank 15, a heat-exchanger 17 for heating water stored in the heat storage tank 15 by the waste heat, which is collected by cooling water for circulation in a cooling water circulation line 16 for a generator 14 for fuel cells, of the generator 14, is installed. A watersupplying circulation line 24 through which warm-water stored is supplied to a plurality of faucets 23 by a water-circulating method, is connected to the heat storage tank 15. A warm-water circulation line 26 for an auxiliary boiler 25, which is used as an auxiliary heat source for heating the water stored in the heat storage tank 15 when the generator 14 as a main heat source is inspected and repaired, is also connected thereto. Furthermore, in the heat storage tank 15, a heat-exchanger 28 for heating water stored in the heat storage tank 15 by heat obtained from the condensation of a refrigerant in a refrigerating machine 27 for a cooling coil 5, is installed. In these ways, the waste heat is used to heat the water stored in the heat storage tank 15 and the efficiency of energy is improved. |
