PURPOSE:To prevent a through current, by selecting one of two kinds of outputting methods, every port, according to the value to be outputted to the port, and by defining the two kinds of outputting methods, as the method of outputting the next output value to the port just after the lapse of a specified time and the method of outputting the next output value to the port after a fixed delay time, and further, by outputting the next output value to the port according to the selected outputting method. CONSTITUTION:When although a second output value to a port P2 has been latched the latched value is '0', the output value of an inverter 132 is made '1', and a flip-flop 122 is reset. Since '1' is set beforehand in a bit DLY 114 for specifying a delay, a transfer-gate 152 is opened, and the output value of the flip-flop 122 is selected, and further, '0' is outputted to the port P2. On the other hand, when the value stored in a latchc 1052 is '1' since '1' is set beforehand in the DLY 114, the transfer-gate 152 is opened, and the reset value of the flip-flop 122 is selected and further, '1' is outputted to the port P2. |
