PURPOSE:To reduce the entire laser beam machining time and to keep a good machining state for every machine work by superimposing plural metal sheet works previously and laminating and integrating them by spot-welding the part to be a scrap. CONSTITUTION:When plural metal sheet works W are cut continuously to the same shape, the plural metal sheet works W are superimposed to the thickness possible to cut by full power according to the capacity of the laser beam oscillator of a laser beam machine. The plural superimposed works W are spot-welded SP at the scrap parts to a laminate and integrate the plural metal sheet works W. The work W is irradiated with laser beam while the laser beam working head is moved so that a preset locus is drawn by a numerical controller with this superimposed and integrated metal sheet works W as one metal sheet work to cut the plural metal sheet works W by laser beam to the same shape at the same time. |
