PURPOSE:To obtain a peptide having specific reactivity and high binding capacity to diuretic hormone. CONSTITUTION:The peptide which has the capability of bonding to diuretic hormone and includes 4 or more amino acid sequence coinciding with the peptide having the complementary sequence of the diuretic hormone and its salt permissible as a medicine, diagnosis and for pharmaceutical preparation originating from organisms. For example, the amino acid sequences of formula I, formula II. This peptide is synthesized by the Fmoc-polyamide method with the peptide synthesizer type 9050 using Fmoc-Pro-Pep-Syn-KA resin column. |
