PURPOSE:To eliminate a labor hour on operation, and to provide the forming method of a ring-shaped rubber band resulting in no forming of defectives while providing a die proper to a forming method. CONSTITUTION:A forming die 2 is arranged to the lower section of a distribution board 1 communicated with the unvulcanized compounded rubber supply side, the surface 2' of the forming die 2 is supplied with an unvulcanized compounded rubber 5 from the outflow port 1b of the distribution board l while the unvulcanized compounded rubber 5 is press-fitted and charged into a ring- shaped groove section 3 for forming a rubber band through gate sections 3b... from the filler holes 4... of the surface 2' of the forming die 2, and the forming die 2 is compressed and the rubber band 5' having a desired shape is vulcanized and formed through heating at a desired temperature. |
