PURPOSE:To prevent a fitted male fitting part from slipping out by a method wherein a mold, the cavity for molding a molded article of which is equipped with an additional cavity for molding fitting allowance, is used for molding the molded article having female fitting part concerned by slush molding or the like and, after the slush molding, the fitting allowance is folded inside so as to form the female fitting part. CONSTITUTION:Above an original cavity 11 for molding the main part of a molded article in a mold 3N, an additional cavity 2 for molding the fitting allowance to other molded article is provided. Slush molding, rotational molding or blow molding is carried out with the above-mentioned mold. After the molding and the removal-of the flash 4 at the tip of an additional molded part 2b, an additional molded part 2b is folded inside so as to form a female fitting part. When the male fitting part of other molded article is thread, female thread is cut in the additional cavity 12. Since the female fitting part is elastic, large pinching force pr detenting force is developed to the fitted male fitting part. |
