PURPOSE:To ensure the fixing strength by curlingly contact bonding the peripheral edge part of skin. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic horns 23 or heaters or rods having sharp projections at their tips are installed at proper circumferential intervals on the curlingly contact bonding part of the peripheral edge part of skin of a lower mold 4 or of an upper mold 3. At the curlingly contact bonding of the peripheral edge part 15a of skin, ultrasonic wave is applied to the peripheral edge part 15a of skin with the ultrasonic horns 23 or the peripheral edge part 15a of skin is heated with the heaters so as to spot-weld the peripheral edge part 15a of skin. Or the peripheral edge part 15a of skin is bit into base material 5 with the sharp projections.
