IRREVERSIBLE CIRCUIT ELEMENT FOR MICROWAVE

PURPOSE:To make the size small, to reduce the cost and to improve the reliability by arranging plural center electrodes while being imbeded in a microwave use magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:The microwave use irreversible circuit element 1 has a structure that center electrodes 3a-3c are imbeded in a microwave magnetic disk 2 integrally. The plural center electrodes 3a-3c are arranged in the microwave magnetic disk 2 so as to be crossing with an interval of nearly 120 deg. in the vicinity of the center and insulated electrically via the magnetic substance. Furthermore, both ends of the center electrodes 3a-3c are exposed to a side face of the microwave magnetic disk 2. The center electrodes 3a-3c are formed by printing conductive paste being a mixture of conductive powder and an organic solvent onto an upper face of a conductive green sheet by the screen print method. Then the plural center electrodes 3a-3c are insulated electrically by the magnetic body formed by the magnetic green sheet.
