CROSS COUNTRY SKI BOOT AND SKI, BINDING AND BOOT ASSEMBLY

Cross country ski boot consisting of an upper (1) secured to a sole (5), the latter being provided with means for binding and articulating on the upper surface of the ski near the front end of the sole (5). The ski boot is characterized in that the lower sole surface (6) also includes a second binding means (11) which is disposed adjacent to the metatarsophalangeal articulation and is capable of co-operating with complementary binding means disposed on the upper ski surface.
