PURPOSE:To obtain a stable dimensional precision by providing a hollow in a rib of an injection molded body constituted of a peripheral part consisting of a thin part and the rib and a thin face structure having an opening. CONSTITUTION:When a window-like opening is provided at a central part whose peripheral part is constituted of a thin part 1 and ribs 2 and 3, or even when a plurality of openings are provided in the thin part, a rib having a hollow on the peripheral part of the rib 2 is arranged. Thus, by providing the rib having specified size and forming the hollow, injection molding with low injection force is possible and a molded body to be obtained has no sink mark and excellent quality can be maintained. As a rib structure having high degree of freedom in design is possible, a thin molded body having sufficient strength and rigidity given by reinforcing and curing the rib can be provided. |
