<p>PURPOSE:To easily classify an outputted recording paper by automatically forming an index tag in such a manner that an end side of the recording paper is un-notched when designation information of index creation mode is inputted and a part which is folded back when it is folded back along the un-notched part has a size to protrude out of the recording paper. CONSTITUTION:An input means 109 inputs designation information of index creation mode for creating an index on a recording paper. A notch means 108 forms an index tag consisting of U-shaped notch or machined seam on the recording paper having image data recorded thereon by an image record means 105. A control means 110 controls the notch means 108 when the designation information of the index creation mode is inputted through the input means 109, so as to form an index tag section where the end side of the recording paper is un-notched and a part which is folded back when it is folded back along the un-notched part has a position and a size to protrude out of the recording paper with a predetermined length.</p> |
