PURPOSE:To obtain a clad without defects and having sufficient welding strength by executing a 1st pass rolling in the range that is determined by cordinates of the surface pressure of roll and the ratio of the thickness of core material to the thickness of rapidly solidified aluminum alloy foil and executing a 2nd pass at a surface pressure higher than that of the 1st pass. CONSTITUTION:Clad welding is executed by warm rolling the rapidly solidified foil on both surfaces of a pure aluminum at 250-500 deg.C on the inlet side of rolling. In such a case, clad welding of the pure aluminum and rapidly soilidified foil is executed a rolling of two passes or more and the 1st pass rolling is executed at the surface pressure of roll. Rolling is executed in the range that is determined by a point A (0.4, 180), point B (0.4, 90), point C (1, 90), point D (3, 50), point E (5, 50), point F (5, 100), point G (3, 100), point H (1, 180) on the cordinates. Successively, the 2nd pass rolling is executed at a surface pressure of roll that is higher than that of the 1st pass and not higher by 100kg/mm<2> than the 1st pass.
|
