<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an effectiveness of a thermal energy in a heating chamber from being lowered by a water content contained in a plastics waste. CONSTITUTION:A bulky plastics waste (with a small specific gravity) loaded from a hopper 1 into a compressing container 21 is preliminarily compressed by a preliminarily pressing cylinder 3 and semi-compressed by a main pressing cylinder 4 in a compression chamber 5. A gate of an insertion port 8 of a treatment duct 9 is opened. The semi-compressed plastics waste is inserted into the treatment duct 9. A duct cylinder 10, the waste insertion port 8, a heating chamber 12, a cooling chamber 13, and a discharge port 14 are provided in the treatment duct 9 in this order from the front. A part of the treatment duct 9 from the cooling chamber 13 to the discharge port 14 is formed a little too long and tapered. A plurality of small holes 20 connected to outside air are provided in the treatment duct 9. The waste is heated by an induction coil 12a and cooled by a water cooling jacket 13a.</p> |
