PURPOSE:To obtain a water-sol. lubricant excellent in adhesiveness at high temp. by compounding a water-sol. resin and/or a water-dispersible resin having a specified glass transition temperature into the lubricant. CONSTITUTION:The lubricant contains a water-sol. resin and/or a water- dispersible resin having a glass transition temperature of 30 deg.C or lower (e.g. a styrene-butadiene copolymer). The lubricant comprises at least one substance selected from the group consisting of wax, a silicone (e.g. dimethylsilicone), an oil or fat (e.g. rapeseed oil), a mineral oil, a fatty acid (e.g. coconut oil fatty acid), and a fatty acid ester, a surfactant (may be cationic, anionic, or nonionic), the above-mentioned resin, and water. The amt. of wax compounded is 3-15 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. lubricant; that of the component which is a lube base oil, i.e., the oil or fat, the mineral oil, the fatty acid, or the fatty acid ester, 1-15 pts.wt.; that of the surfactant. 0.5-1.5 pts.wt.; that of the resin, 1-7 pts.wt.; and the rest is water. |
