PURPOSE:To continuously excavate sediment, suction-transport it in the slurry state, continuously dehydrate the slurry sediment, and separate it into solidified soil as general surplus soil. CONSTITUTION:Slurry is fed to the working face via mud feeder, sediment is excavated with an excavator, and the sediment is suction-transported and stored into a receiver tank 5 kept at negative pressure together with slurry through a soil discharge pipe 8. The slurry sediment stored in the receiver tank 5 is discharged to a static mixer 13 by a sand pump 12, it is kneaded with a slurry processing agent, it is fed to a screw press 14 and dehydrated, and it is separated into solidified soil discardable as general surplus soil. |
