<p>PURPOSE: To express the index of explanation or the like relating to a visually displayed image or language notation by using a computer means without damaging the visually displayed image or language notation. CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to a document other than a map (document) provided with the image or the language notation respectively divided into many element areas relating to many indexes 10. The respective indexes 10 are dot groups provided on the map (document) near the relating element area and provided with the dot groups constituting a specified code relating to the area. The indexes 10 cover the image or the language notation as the whole, a position frame overlapped on it is constituted and the respective dot groups are read by an optical read means cooperating with a data processing system provided with a data medium capable of specifying an address by the index 10.</p> |
