OLEFINIC RESIN-COATED PROCESSED FABRIC AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To obtain an olefinic resin-coated processed fabric excellent in adhesivity, water absorption resistance, antifoulancy and flame retardancy and not generating toxic substances such as a halogen element on combustion. CONSTITUTION: The olefinic resin-coated processed fabric, wherein a mixture comprising a water-repelling agent and a cationic polyurethane resin is imparted to the surface of a base fabric and at least one surface of the base fabric is coated with an olefinic resin. The olefinic resin-coated processed fabric is obtained by treating the base fabric with the mixture comprising the water- repelling agent and the cationic polyurethane resin and subsequently thermally press-adhering an olefinic resin sheet to at least one surface of the treated base fabric.
