PURPOSE: To provide a device for correcting a core hole of a paper roll, which can continuously and efficiently correct the deformation of a core hole of a paper roll and which can maintain the complete round condition of the corrected core hole for a long duration of time. CONSTITUTION: A correcting means, which is formed of a correcting tool 30 to be inserted into a core hole (h) of a toilet roll R housed in a recessed part 5 of a rotary drum, a link mechanism 30 for supporting the correcting tool 30 freely to be appeared and disappeared, and a spring 14 for energizing the correcting tool 30 in the inserting direction, is fitted to both side surfaces of a rotary drum. During the time when a toilet roll R, which is sent from the inlet side chute to the recessed part 5 of the rotary drum, is discharged to the outlet side chute by the rotation of the rotary drum, the correcting tool 30 is forcibly inserted into the core hole (h) of the toilet roll R by the spring 14, and the forced insertion condition is maintained, and the correcting tool 30 is drawn by a cam 20, resisting the energizing force of the spring 14. |
