In the first method, personal profiles are transmitted to subscribers. In the second method, information relating to a violated vital sign parameter determined from the monitoring is communicated to a local communication node.

receiving, by a computing device, information associated with a user of a first device; receiving, by the computing device, a designation from the first device of a location as a target location that is other than:
a current location of the first device ora destination to which the first device is en route; identifying, by the computing device, a second device within a distance from the target location; and sending, by the computing device, at least part of the information associated with the user of the first device to the second device.
