<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up an I/O signal and to easily increase/reduce storage capacity. SOLUTION: In the storage device provided with a semiconductor storing integrated circuit and a storage controlling semiconductor integrated circuit formed on a printed board on a rectangular cassette body 1 having prescribed thickness, a light emitting element 4a and a light receiving element 4b are integrated as signal I/O elements, non-contact power supply through an AC magnetic field induction coil and direct power supply based upon power supply electrodes 10a, 10b are attained and a unit always requiring power supply for storing memory is provided with a backup battery. In addition, information can be simultaneously or successively and efficiently inputted/outputted to/from plural information processors by a storage transfer controller and a title registering storage device.</p> |
