PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for removing metal chips and improve the life of and durability of die affected by the metal chips and the overload applied to the die by providing slight change in structure of a punch shape. SOLUTION: A terminal material 13 formed integrally with a plurality of terminals 10 by means of connections 12 is placed between a fixed die 14 and moving die 15, the terminal base 13 is inserted between these dies 14, 15 in the process of closing and fastening dies, a punch 16 fixed to the moving die 15 is used for cutting out each connection 12 at one point as well as for bending the connections 12 after cutting to provide electrical isolation to adjacent terminals 10. Thereafter each terminal 10 held between the dies 14, 15 are filled with melted resin to collectively fixing the plurality of terminals 10 by the resin block 11. |
